The net proceeds go to fund Crohn's research grants to help researchers find a cure and to support education and outreach programs in our communities to raise awareness of Crohn's disease.
1. Become A Fundraiser
-To Create an individual fundraising page:
Click on the 'Become a Fundraiser' link at the top of the page then select the "Fundraise as an Individual" link.
2, Create a Fundraising Team

Click on the 'Become a Fundraiser' link at the top of the page then select the "Create a Fundraising Team" link.
3. Earn rewards for your fundraising efforts:
Raise $385, earn an entry into the 5K Family Fun Run/Walk, HFC Logo T-shirt, HFC logo water bottle
Raise $395, Earn, HFC logo pen or HFC logo mask
Raise $400, Earn, HFC logo T-shirt (Unisex Short Sleeve Screen Print Tech Tee)
Raise $450 by July 5th, 2023, Earn HFC crew sweatshirt (Screen print crew sweatshirt)
Raise $585 by July 5th, 2023, Earn HFC logo sport duffel or HFC logo tote bag
4. Invite others to contribute:
Select the 'Invite Others To Contribute' link to send an email to family & friends.
5. Sponsor one of the fundraisers.
Find the text box at the top of the page and either type in the participant's name you wish to support, or click on the ‘Search’ button to view all of the fundraising pages. Once you've done this select the fundraiser and make a donation to their page.
